Duties
The Members’ Council of Far West bears comparison with a shareholders’ meeting, as it is also charged with the approval of the annual report and budget. In addition, it monitors the organisation’s vision. The Board has a supervisory role with regard to daily operations.

Composition
On 31 December 2007 the Members’ Council consisted of three representatives; one for each of the three housing associations Stadgenoot, De Key and Rochdale.
